Week ago, the animal protection organization PETA failed to show Michelle Obama as their icons. Apparently, America’s First Lady is not the only targets commercial for a brand. Her husband, President Barack Obama also made a new face jacket famous advertising campaigns.

First Lady’s first black in America was not the only occupants of the White House targeted unauthorized commercial. The proof, a large billboard displays and high-President Obama became an icon Weatherproof Sportswear.

Advertising campaigns without the knowledge of the White House immediately rejected the presidency and asked the companies concerned to reduce billboard on display in New York City Times Square. It is quoted from People, Tuesday (12/1/2010).

Responding to the ad, a spokesman Sportswear Weatherproof told CNN that a billboard displaying a picture Obama will be deleted “in a quick manner.”

White House spokesman Ben LaBolt, who declined to comment specifically about Weatherproof just explained to People, “the White House has a policy that has lasted a long time to agree not to use the President’s name and face for advertising purposes.”

So, what made the company famous jacket Obama to put pictures of their ads? For that, the CEO of Freddie Stollmack Weatherproof claim if the ad campaign was limited to “coincidence”.

“We saw a picture of President Obama to visit the Great Wall of China, and we said, ‘Boy, it seems like our coats. This is a simple idea, but one that is difficult to defend, according to First Amendment experts,” he said.

Barbara Solomon Intellectual lawyer told CNN, “It’s not a matter of expression. This is purely a commercial robbery. This is an ad and only an ad. It is a violation of Mr. Obama’s publicity rights, rights to control the appearance and the face was displayed for a commercial.”
